June at Mural Apartments means community celebrations, longer days, and one of the neighborhood’s most vibrant events — the 7th Annual White Center Pride Street Festival. Join the festivities on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Downtown White Center from 12:00 PM–11:00 PM for a full day of live entertainment, local vendors, food, community connection, and celebration.

Ice Cream Social - June 18th
Cool off with us at our Ice Cream Social on June 18th from 4:00–6:00 PM in the Mural lobby! We’ll be serving delicious ice cream and waffle cones from West Seattle favorite Husky Deli, making it the perfect way to celebrate the start of summer and connect with neighbors. Stop by for a sweet treat, great company, and a fun afternoon with the community. We hope to see you there!

Pastries and Treats
Our pastries and treats resident event at Mural was a hit — the boxes from Bakery Nouveau disappeared almost instantly and we barely had time to grab photos. Fresh pastries, good coffee, and sweet moments with our residents is always a good way to start the day.

Looking for the perfect waterfront happy hour spot close to home? Cactus is a local favorite known for its outdoor patio, sunset views, handcrafted margaritas, and flavorful tacos. Happy hour runs every weekday from 2:00–5:00 PM in the bar, featuring favorites like the Cactus Margarita, sangria, Spicy Ahi Tacos, Camarones d’El Diablo, Carlito’s Way Guacamole, and Smoked Chicken Quesadillas. Raising Standards Of The Resident Experience

Last week, 25 North Coast leaders, including Regional and Senior Business Managers, gathered in San Diego for a two-day Train the Trainer program in partnership with Moran Consulting, a nationally recognized customer service and culture change firm.
