    • How do I apply for an apartment at Mural?

      To apply, visit the Floorplans page, select your desired unit, and click "Apply Now." Each applicant over 18 must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $50 per person is required. There is a $300 holding fee (non-refundable unless denied or cencelled within 24 hours of application.)

    • What documents are needed for the application process?

      After submitting your application, you'll receive an email with a link to upload your income documents through Mural's third-party verification partner, Vero.

    • How long does the approval process take?

      Typically, you'll receive a decision within 24-48 hours after submitting your application and payment.

    • When is rent due, and are there late fees?

      Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There's a grace period through the 3rd, with late fees starting on the 4th.

    • What types of apartment homes are available at Mural?

      Mural offers a variety of floorplans, including Studios, 1BR, and 2BR units. You can view all models, pricing, and availability on the Floorplans page.

    • How can I check current availability?

      Current availability is listed on the Floorplans page. Each unit displays its availability date and rental rate.

    • What is Murals's pet policy?

      Mural welcomes up to two pets per apartment. Pet rent is $50 (per pet) with a one-time $300 pet deposit. We have breed restrictions on dogs and utilize a pet screening process for the well-being of your community. For more details, please contact the leasing office.

    • What parking options are available, and what are the costs?

      Mural offers underground garage parking spaces starting at $150 per month, subject to availability. EV charging stations, motorcycle, and bike parking are also available.
