I have lived here for 2 years and Mural is amazing! Great location, clean and nice area. Leasing office is friendly and very professional. You have the grocery store right in front, California ave in your backyard. I haven't has any issues. Leasing office is responsive and very friendly. Great place to live.

Mural is a great place to live! I've been here two years. The building itself is in a perfect location (Safeway, QFC, and Trader Joes all within three blocks, many restaurants on California Ave. and A farmer's market every Sunday). Neighbors/ Residents are friendly without being nosy or noisy.

We loved Mural apartments and only left after our lease ended because we bought a place of our own. The front office is amazing and always willing to help. It's not the newest apartment on the block, but we never had any issues and they are starting to renovate the units. I would definitely recommend!
